This is from the time we receive all information necessary to produce an accurate quote. We prefer not to provide quotes based upon assumptions when facts can be obtained, for it only means we are not providing our client with what is our best service.

For a quotation on any personal line policy we require:

• Insured's name, birthdate, addresses for previous 3 years and social security number.
• occupation and education level
• for any vehicle, driver's license is required as well.

In addition to this:

• If transferring a policy on your current home:
• current declarations (top) page of insurance policy
• name of builder of home if available
• if older home, builder information not available, or changes have been made to home:
• a virtual tour of the home through pictures, written, or in conversation with agent will be helpful.
• dates and renovations to home, if any (roof, wiring, hot water heaters, design, etc.)
• if purchasing a new construction:
• name of homebuilder and contact at homebuilder's office if new construction purchase.
• closing date on home.
• if purchasing resale home:
• home address and realtor contact information

For homes and estates of high value, the process is different. Please contact Pieter to discuss the matter.

For Renter's Insurance:

• If you wish us to help calculate contents value, your raw data in order to do so.
• pictures and or written description of belongings along with agent discussion.
• If you currently have a policy the declarations (top) page to the policy
• If new policy and apartment; address and square footage of apartment
• information on discounts such as sprinkler system and alarms
• If home, information will come from public record

• current declarations page of auto policy
• names, driver's license numbers, and social security numbers of all drivers in household
• any changes planned to be made in next 6 months
• sale/purchase of autos
• add or delete of drivers
• who drives what vehicle, how far, and for what purpose on a weekly basis.
• any defensive driving credits, good student, student away at school without car?
• any car not garaged at same address? If so, where and why?
• any aftermarket electronics/items fitted to any car?
• any vehicle purchased or leased in past 18 months?
• If leased, please let us know date leased and term,
• If purchased, date, price and amount financed
